Jay White has given readings at over 50 different venues around the country including New College, University of South Florida, Rollins College, Colorado State University,  Loveland Community College, Vermont College, University of Minnesota, George Mason University, Martin Luther King Library, The Writer’s Center in Bethesda, Maryland, Mankato State University, Johnson State College, The Loft, Poets in the Park Series in Loveland, Colorado.

He has taught poetry workshops and literature courses at The Loft, Colorado State University, M.F.A., Eckerd College, Vermont College, (M.F.A.) New College, Johnson State, George Mason University, and Mankato State University, (M.F.A.)
